Refund Policy

1. SaaS Product Subscriptions

1.1 Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day full refund on all paid subscriptions to:

• Avantika Interview Prep
• Avantika Resume Builder
• Avantika English Coach

To claim a refund, email mayank.gaur@myavantikatechnology.com with subject “Refund Request” within 14 days. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

1.2 After 14 Days

After 14 days, subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to prevent future charges; access continues until the end of your current billing period.

2. Professional Services

• Before kickoff: Full refund, minus a 5% processing fee
• Within 7 days of kickoff: 75% refund of advance payment
• After 7 days: Refund proportional to undelivered milestones
• After milestone acceptance: No refund for accepted deliverables
• Time & materials: Payment due for all hours delivered

3. Non-Refundable Items

• Third-party costs (cloud services, licences, domains)
• Rush fees and expedite charges
• Consulting hours already delivered
• Custom AI training and fine-tuning costs
• Completed and client-accepted project milestones

4. How to Request a Refund

2. Include your account email and reason
3. We confirm within 1 business day
4. Refunds processed within 5–10 business days via original payment method

5. Payment Processor

All subscription payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Refunds are credited to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.
